How to join
There is no application and no waiting period. Call the office or come in, and the front desk will sign you up in a few minutes and book your first visit.
Common questions
Is this dental insurance?
No. It is an in-house plan run by this practice, which is why there is no deductible, no annual maximum and no claim to file. It is only valid at our Yuba City office.
How much is it?
The Kids Plan is $500 a year, Basic is $600 and the Perio Plan is $700. Each covers your preventive care for the year and takes 35% off any other treatment.
Which plan am I?
Basic suits most adults. The Perio Plan is for anyone being treated for gum disease, because it includes three maintenance cleanings a year instead of two. The Kids Plan covers children.
Can I use it alongside my dental insurance?
No. The plan is an alternative to insurance rather than a top-up. If you have a PPO plan you are almost certainly better off using it, and the front desk will tell you so.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellation terms are set out in the membership agreement you sign. Dues already paid are not refunded, so ask us anything you are unsure about before you join.

Call (530) 671-2170 or request a time on our booking page. We are at 909 Plumas Street, Yuba City, CA 95991, Monday to Thursday 8 AM to 5 PM and Friday 8 AM to 2 PM.

This plan is only valid at our dental office and cannot be used at other dental practices. All payment for cosmetic or restorative treatments must be made at the time of service. To receive services, the membership dues must be current. The membership discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts. It is the patient’s responsibility to schedule and attend their appointments. No refunds will be given for any dues paid. The monthly membership agreement is with Plumas Family Dentistry.
